Booking, Cancellations & Transfers

If you’ve already read about the course(s) above, here’s how booking and cancellations work.

I know plans can change, so I’ve kept things as fair and simple as possible for everyone.

Booking your place
A place is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

Cancellations

• If you cancel more than 1 month before the course, you’ll receive a refund minus a £7 administration fee.

• If you cancel within 1 month of the course, I’ll refund you minus a £7 fee if I’m able to resell your place.

• If I’m unable to resell your place, I won’t be able to offer a refund.

I always make reasonable efforts to resell cancelled places, as courses usually fill quickly.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing (email is fine) so everything is clear and properly recorded.

Transfers
If you can’t attend, you’re welcome to transfer your place to someone else. Just let me know in writing before the course date with their details so I can update the booking.
